Made with stoneware and wood fired, this large vase is very woodfire magic. Not only is it completely glassy and gorgeous, it has beautiful feature none of my other vases have. When it was loaded in the kiln it needed some propping up against another piece, so one side of the vase has the impression of a comet on it where the flame and ash moved around the buttress!
